The McKoy Homeplace Tract consists of approximately 34+/- acres and is located on HWY 17B in Bolivia. The tract makes for a great residential or commercial development site with excellent access to HWY 17 to get to Wilmington or Myrtle Beach, or Midway Road for quick access to St. James Plantation. The tract is located just before you get to the Brunswick County Government Complex at the HWY 17B and Galloway Road NE Intersection.

Loblolly pine plantation makes up the majority of the tract with plant dates ranging back to approximately 2004. The timber on the tract was residentially thinned in June 2019.
